Southtown Pub was founded in 1992 by Anheiser Busch employee Ed Amsler. Southtown Pub featured a beautiful antique bar and great location on South Kingshighway. With Ed’s AB connections he was able to add the iconic “V9” Budweiser neon over the front door.

Southtown Pub is dedicated to and inspired by a love of the Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, Local business’-like G&W sausage, Schlafley beer and Charleville wine, a love of the unique craft of BBQ and a deep appreciation for the people of South City. A community of people that are considered friends and family.
